AWARDS

GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is a multi-information sustainability index. Launched in 2009 as a tool to assess the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance of the participating companies.

SGI joined the benchmark in 2020 for its second time and obtained a score of 82/100 with a 5-star GRESB rating for its demonstrated improvements.

GRESB Rating is based on the GRESB Score and the 5-star award is recognized to those entities resulting in the top 20% of the benchmark.
